HOME BUYERS/REALTORS:
Please be aware that a Capital Contribution Fee of $180.00 is required from all buyers of real property (land) and all structures (improvements or fixtures) integrated with or affixed to the land at the time of closing. The fee is payable to the Cowan’s Ford Country Club Owners' Association, Inc.

FOR SMALL PROJECTS OR LANDSCAPING PROJECTS, use the following Short Form:
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW APPLICATION (Form D, pages 6-7) - Short Form download

FOR MAJOR RENOVATION PROJECTS AND NEW CONSTRUCTION, use the following Long Form,

Leasing Guidelines and Form

Excerpt:

All Lease Agreements must include a statement from the current Tenant that commits the
person or persons leasing the property to abide by the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions
(CC&Rs), Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations that govern the Cowan’s Ford Homeowner’s
Association. The Lease Agreement must include a statement from the Landlord that they have
the right to evict or immediately terminate the lease with a 30 day written notice if the tenant
does not abide by the CC&Rs and/or Bylaws.
