All Lease Agreements must include a statement from the current Tenant that commits the
person or persons leasing the property to abide by the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs), Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations that govern the Cowan’s Ford Homeowner’s Association. The Lease Agreement must include a statement from the Landlord that they have the right to evict or immediately terminate the lease with a 30 day written notice if the tenant does not abide by the CC&Rs and/or Bylaws.
