The ANNUAL HOA MEETING will be held on Tuesday, January 13 at 6:30 PM in the Club Room at Cowan’s Ford Golf Club. There will be a sit down buffet dinner and presentation by the Board of all activities during the past year, financial reports, committee reports and plans for the upcoming year.

 

-Beautification Report – new decorative sign posts (sample on display) - flags and wreaths
-New neighborhood signage - stone monuments, project underway
-Web Site- cowansfordhoa.com - new and improved
      Web site demonstration will be available during the meeting.
-Architectural Review Committee Report- ongoing issues

 

Request for New Board Members to Serve 2015 & 2016 terms
This Board is made up of neighborhood volunteers and we are striving for continuity from year to year. The Board is charged with upholding the By Laws, Covenants and Restrictions. Everyone joining the Board will be able to choose to help with what suits them. Committee membership is a great starting point.
