Cowan's Ford HOA By-Laws (Revised 2013)

HOME BUYERS/REALTORS:
Please be aware that a Capital Contribution Fee of $180.00 is required from all buyers of real property (land) and all structures (improvements or fixtures) integrated with or affixed to the land at the time of closing. The fee is payable to the Cowan’s Ford Homeowners Association.

Please be sure to read the entire document, however, you may only need to print the form(s) that pertain to your project.


FOR SMALL PROJECTS OR LANDSCAPING PROJECTS, use the following Short Form:

Leasing Guidelines and Form
 
Excerpt:
All Lease Agreements must include a statement from the current Tenant that commits the 
person or persons leasing the property to abide by the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions 
(CC&Rs), Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations that govern the Cowan’s Ford Homeowner’s 
Association. The Lease Agreement must include a statement from the Landlord that they have 
the right to evict or immediately terminate the lease with a 30 day written notice if the tenant 
does not abide by the CC&Rs and/or Bylaws.
